The band recorded an old ukrainian song "Plyve choven" ("A boat sails") for the renewal of "striletsky" songs project - "Ukrainian Patriotic Song" collection, which was initiated by Oleg Skrypka. The collection will be edit this autumn.

This year for Ukraine’s Independance Day, August 24, TNMK will play in Kyiv, at our favourite Kontraktova square. At 9 30 pm.

Next Saturday August 25 the band will play at Huliaypole (Zaporizhzhia Oblast') at the art and literature festival "Independance Day with Makhno-2007".

After the festival we can say that we had a great time. The scale of the Sziget festival is hard to describe. It’s also hard to describe Budapest’s beauty. We are grateful to the Hungarian colleagues for the invitation, to the «Bohemia Service» travel agency for the assistance, and to all the Ukrainians who supported our concert — we bow our heads low.
The festival organisers weren’t expecting such turn out and such perfomance. Bahia stage was meant to be headlined by a Serbian band Disciplin A Kitschme that night. But TNMK’s set was marked by this year’s record turn out for the Bahia stage.
This proves once again that Ukrainians have nothing to be ashamed of. We can do anything. Long live Ukraine!

The band is travelling to Budapest today to perform next Monday at Eastern Europe’s biggest festival « Sziget». Predictably, there is a bunch of surprises in store, all of which will be revealed on this site in due course.
Apart from the management and the technical staff the Kongolese are joined by the cameraman Evhen Hryhorenko (he filmed some of the “Halopom Across Europe” series) so hopefully band’s performance at the festival will be immortalised in a similar way to “ShoPopaloShow. Tour De France”.
Also, a re-launch of the “live” project is planned specially for the Sziget trip. Throughout the week you will be able to follow the festival and TNMK’s impressions – there are going to be new pictures and comments coming in.
